Method

  1. Prepare the Water Base: Pour 1 liter (4¼ cups) of filtered or spring water into a glass pitcher or jar.
  2. Add Key Ingredients: Stir in 1 to 2 teaspoons of Himalayan pink salt until fully dissolved. This creates a natural electrolyte base.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice for a vitamin C boost and alkalizing effect.
  4. Incorporate Sweetness and Spices: Mix in 1 tablespoon of raw honey, adjusting to taste. Stir until fully dissolved.
  5. Add 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger or substitute with freshly grated ginger for stronger flavor.
  6. If desired, include 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper for added thermogenic benefits.
  7. Enhance with Fresh Herbs: Drop in a few fresh mint leaves or slices of cucumber to infuse additional freshness.
  8. Infusion Time: Let the drink sit for 10–15 minutes at room temperature to allow the flavors and nutrients to meld.
  9. Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for a refreshing detox beverage throughout the day.
  10. Stir before drinking if ingredients settle at the bottom.
